Your safety matters
Happy Care Foundation has zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation, discrimination, bribery, fraud, or corruption in any part of our work. Concerns about the conduct of any staff member, volunteer, or partner can be reported through the channel below — you do not have to identify yourself.
Zero tolerance. Our Constitution sets out clear commitments to child protection, protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), anti-corruption, and data protection.
Every report is reviewed by a designated safeguarding lead, following our documented safeguarding procedure.

Contact Happy Care Foundation
Whether you have a question about our work, want to make a referral, explore a partnership, volunteer, or simply connect with our team, we’d be glad to hear from you.
This general form is for ordinary enquiries only. Please don’t use it for a detailed safeguarding report — use the Report a Concern form instead, which has stricter privacy and access controls.
REPORT A CONCERN
Report a concern
If you’re concerned about abuse, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, child protection, corruption, fraud, or misconduct connected to Happy Care Foundation’s work, you can report it here.
This form is handled separately from general enquiries, with restricted access limited to our designated safeguarding lead.
You can leave every field below blank except the description. Reporting is genuinely anonymous if you choose — we do not track or log identifying information unless you provide it yourself.
