Happy Care Foundation is a registered Ugandan NGO dedicated to delivering free legal services, trauma-informed mental health support, and comprehensive rehabilitation for vulnerable individuals in conflict with the law.
We serve juvenile offenders, women survivors of gender-based violence, the elderly, and marginalized youth — people who often have no access to justice or support. Every donation directly funds programs that restore hope and rebuild lives.
