About Happy Care Foundation
Happy Care Foundation is a registered non-governmental organization in Uganda dedicated to expanding access to justice, strengthening mental health and psychosocial wellbeing, supporting rehabilitation and reintegration, and empowering vulnerable communities.
Since 2023, Happy Care Foundation has worked to advance dignity, protection and opportunity for vulnerable children, young people, women, older persons and underserved communities. Through people-centered programs and community partnerships, we seek to address immediate challenges while supporting lasting positive change.

Who We Are
Happy Care Foundation is a Ugandan non-governmental organization established in 2023 to respond to challenges faced by vulnerable people and communities experiencing barriers to justice, protection, mental wellbeing and opportunity.
We believe that every person deserves dignity, fair treatment and a chance to rebuild their life. Our work brings together legal aid, psychosocial support, rehabilitation, resettlement and reintegration, community empowerment and advocacy.
Through collaboration with communities, professionals, institutions and partners, we respond to immediate needs while working toward long-term recovery and inclusion.
